At R26, we also offer full-service events, where we take care of the entire experience. We handle everything from planning and coordination to execution on the day. Whether it's company parties, conferences, or anniversaries, we make sure everything runs smoothly—so you can enjoy the day without any worries.     Novo Nordisk 100th anniversary

    To celebrate Novo Nordisk's 100th anniversary, we designed a completely customized, themed experience that celebrated the company's rich history. Every detail—from the activities to the storytelling—was carefully crafted to reflect their heritage, values, and global influence. It wasn't just an event, but a celebration. The party extended beyond the participants—the entire city felt Novo's pride and milestone that day.

    Aaen & Co.'s Summer Party

    On the occasion of Aaen & Co.'s 25th anniversary, we were responsible for planning and executing the accounting firm's summer party. It was a relaxed and atmospheric evening where employees and customers could enjoy good company, delicious food, cold drinks, and good music.

    Aaen & Co. wanted a cozy summer party in an informal setting – and we made sure everything went smoothly. We took responsibility for everything from concept development and supplier coordination to setting up tents, tables, food trucks, and bars, as well as graphic material, decorations, and staff on the day. In short: a successful celebration where the host could sit back and focus on the guests.

    Customer event with Rane Willerslev

    We invited customers and friends of the company to a special evening in the beautiful surroundings of Mariebjerg Chapel in Gentofte – a place where nature, architecture, and reflection come together. The evening began with an inspiring visit to the Therapy Garden, where participants gained insight into how nature can strengthen mental health and well-being. Back in the chapel, icebreakers and communal singing created a shared energy and brought everyone closer together. Rane Willerslev then took to the stage and shared the story My Magical Tree – a humorous and thought-provoking journey into the hidden worlds of nature and the lessons that arise when we listen to nature's voice. The evening ended with a joint reflection and debate on how the power of nature can be brought even closer to people and organizations in everyday life.

    Sports Worlds Summer Party

    This summer, we invited Sports World to a fun outdoor summer party at Amager Strandpark – a relaxed day with cold drinks, freshly baked pizzas, and a great atmosphere in their own little oasis.

    Guests could relax in deck chairs under parasols or enjoy an ice-cold glass of wine and a pizza straight from the stone oven with their toes in the sand. We took care of venue rental, decorations, furniture, catering, and cleanup, as well as fun games and activities throughout the day—so guests could focus on socializing and enjoying the day.
