Do you have lots of energy, thrive in front of people, and can create a good atmosphere?
Then you might be our next freelance instructor for team building and events at R26.

Who are you?

  • For example, you are a student, taking a gap year, or looking for a flexible freelance job.

  • You are outgoing, service-minded, and comfortable standing in front of groups.

  • You are comfortable communicating in Danish and English

  • Experience in the service industry or specific activity skills (e.g., climbing, SUP, kayaking, MTB, etc.) are an advantage—but not a requirement.

Assignments

  • Conducting team-building activities

    • Presentation and instruction of exercises

  • Facilitate groups and generate energy

  • High spirits and good energy

  • Practical help before, during, and after events

The practicalities

  • Freelance work with great flexibility (no fixed shifts)

  • Primarily events in Copenhagen and North Zealand – but also assignments on Funen, in Jutland, and in Sweden

  • Thorough training and ongoing sparring

  • Good hourly wage and a social, young team
